Product description
The C12c compartment carriages of the Dutch Railways were introduced in 1930 to replace wooden carriages that were commonly used at the time. Between 1930 and 1931, 70 carriages were delivered, followed by another 15 in 1933. During the Second World War, a number of C12c carriages were transferred to the East.
A total of 16 carriages went missing and were registered on paper as having been scrapped in 1951. Some of these carriages were used by the Polish PKP after the war and were in use there until the 1970s. These carriages are now for sale as a kit.
