For shipments within the Netherlands, we use PostNL. In our opinion, PostNL offers the best service for our customers. For example, you don’t have to stay at home to wait for your package. Missed the delivery? If you have your package’s barcode, you can choose where to have it sent to the next time.
In Artitecshop, you have the option of selecting a delivery location at checkout, such as a local bookstore, supermarket, post office or parcel locker in your area. You do not have to stay at home and can pick up your package at your convenience.
Would you like your order sent to your work address? Then simply fill in a different delivery address from your billing address.
Netherlands and Germany
For all packages sent within the Netherlands and Germany, a fee of €4.90 applies. Shipping is free on orders of over €150 for a delivery address in the Netherlands and Germany.
DHL is the market leader in Germany, with over 50,000 Paketshops where you can pick up your package if you are not at home during the day. You can also have your German DHL parcel delivered to a DHL Packstation. Please note that the largest DHL Packstation lockers are 60 x 35 x 35 cm.
Europe and beyond
If you live outside the Netherlands or Germany, different rates apply. The postage cost is shown at the checkout and no VAT will be charged on shipping if you live outside the EU. We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over €200.
For orders placed outside the Netherlands and Germany, we use the Dutch PostNL postal service or DHL depending on the destination. In most cases, once your parcel reaches the country of destination it is handed over to a local PostNL shipping partner. These vary from country to country and we have no control over this stage of the process. In the event of a missing or delayed parcel, you may be provided with the name and contact details of the local partner to help solve the problem.
After you have received your order, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. If you cancel your order, you have 14 days to return the item or items.
Please contact us before you return an item. You may return your purchase without giving a reason, but we'd love to hear why you have changed your mind or are not satisfied. Send an email to: [email protected]
All exchanged or rejected items must be returned in mint condition, including all packaging, manuals and any accessories. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning items. In the case of faulty items, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
