In most cases, an email is the most efficient way to communicate with us. Email makes it easier for us to deal with queries effectively and source the necessary information for an accurate reply. Emails are checked daily on weekdays and sometimes at the weekend as well.

Technical assistance
Artitec also has a service department. If you have a technical question that the Artitecshop admin team cannot answer, we will be happy to forward your email to them.
