We do our best to provide you with the most commonly used payment options. All of our payment methods are free to use and there is no minimum order requirement. In the case of a (partial) credit after a return, we will issue the refund within a few days—and usually the same day.
iDeal
The majority of Dutch customers pay with iDeal. With an iDeal payment, your order will be immediately marked as paid and we usually ship the next working day. An iDeal payment can only be made between Dutch bank accounts.
PayPal
You can also use PayPal to make a purchase in Artitecshop. A PayPal payment is also processed immediately and we usually ship the next working day. In the event of a (partial) credit, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account.
Credit card
We accept credit card payments by VISA and Mastercard.
Bancontact
For our Belgian customers, Artitecshop uses Bancontact (previously called Mister Cash), the Belgian market leader in online payments. All you need is the card number and the expiration date listed on the card to make a payment.
Belfius Direct
Belfius is one of the largest banks in Belgium and offers a payment solution for its customers: Belfius Direct. With Belfius Direct, you can make your purchase using your bank’s online banking system.
SOFORT
In 11 European countries, you can use SOFORT Banking. The payment method is similar to the Dutch iDeal. Not every Dutch bank supports SOFORT.
Bank transfer
You can also pay in advance by bank transfer. The amount due has to be transferred to the IBAN number of Mollie Payments, our suspense account. Don’t forget to fill in the payment reference number when paying. Without this reference, the payment cannot be processed automatically and might be rejected.
If you would rather transfer the money directly to our bank account, you can do this too. Transfer the invoice amount to the following IBAN number: NL27 RABO 0153 2816 85 in the name of Artitec Maquettebouw BV. Don’t forget to state the order or invoice number. If you choose to transfer the money directly, please notify us by email so that we can keep an eye on your payment.
Note that it may take some time before the money transfer has been completed. We will ship your order once payment is received.
