Temporary hold on shipments to the USA

The $800 duty-free exemption de minimis, which allowed low-value shipments to enter the U.S. duty-free, is being eliminated starting August 29, 2025. We received an update from PostNL on Friday August 22 at 5:30 pm.
“U.S. Customs is insufficiently prepared for the implementation of the new legislation. Therefore, starting tomorrow, August 23, it will temporarily no longer be possible to send parcels and packages to the United States. In the meantime, we are working intensively on a new solution.”
