Important Shipping Update for U.S. Customers

As of August 29, 2025, the $800 duty-free exemption (de minimis) that previously allowed low-value shipments to enter the United States without duties has been eliminated.
Due to the resulting lack of postal customs clearance, postal carriers have suspended shipments to the U.S. This means we are no longer able to ship via PostNL or its U.S. partner, the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- We can, however, offer shipping through FedEx or DHL Express. Please note:
- Our webshop currently cannot automatically calculate the cost of these express services.
- Your order invoice will not include a shipping fee at checkout.
- You may select either FedEx or DHL Express during checkout based on your preference.
After your order is placed, we will contact you with a separate payment link for the shipping cost.
Shipping fees are calculated based on parcel volume. As a guideline, expect approximately USD 30 - 50 for FedEx and USD 65 - 100 for DHL Express. Both carriers offer very fast delivery, typically within just a few days.
