Important Shipping Update for U.S. Customers

We offer shipping through FedEx or DHL Express. [ Click here to read more ]

As of August 29, 2025, the $800 duty-free exemption (de minimis) that previously allowed low-value shipments to enter the United States without duties has been eliminated.

Our postal carrier has resumed shipments to the US as of Friday 26 September 2025. PostNL parcels will be delivered by its U.S. partner, the United States Postal Service (USPS).

The customs clearance will now be handled by PostNL. This means that there will be one invoice for both the shipping fee and the import duty plus a 2 percent handling fee over the value of the import duty.

- We will, however, continue to offer shipping through FedEx. Please note:

- Our webshop currently cannot automatically calculate the cost of a FedEx parcel and customs duties.

- Your order invoice will not include a shipping fee at checkout.

- You may select either FedEx or PostNL/USPS during checkout based on your preference.

After your order is placed, we will contact you with a separate payment link for the shipping cost for FedEx (import duties will be separately invoiced by FedEx, for the time being) or the shipping cost including the import duties if you select PostNL.

The FedEx or PostNL/USPS selection is not cut in stone, you may switch based on the shipping fee we will quote you.
